What did they require?

When Blue Dot approached us, they wanted a holistic branding solution that could give their digital presence a fresh new appeal.

What we did?

While we understood the guidelines, we applied our years of experience in this field and started off their social forums, hence giving it a digital front whereby it could interact with customers in a more symbiotic manner. Thus we developed their Facebook page from the scratch and built up interactivity to whole new level. Within a month’s time we had the attention of the people soared phenomenally.

How did we do it?

We understood the dynamics of the customers pretty well. As for Blue Dot’s case, we ensured that we reached out to the customers in a way that they expected to be viable & passionate at the same time. We ensured that we interacted with the customers in the most profound manner so that they could express themselves and interact with the brand and its dynamics in a mutually beneficial way.
